Across events, wellbeing, faith, professional formation and enterprise transformation, we design platforms and practical solutions around the people who must use them.
It includes the decisions people need to make, the friction they encounter, the workflows they follow, the support they receive and the dignity the system either protects or erodes. Innovating Chaos exists to design and rebuild that layer through products, platforms, operating systems and transformation solutions that people can understand, use and grow with.

One operating environment for better events and stronger communities. An AI-native platform for creating, managing and growing conferences, summits and professional community experiences.

Wellbeing support designed around young lives. Guided check-ins, calming tools, journalling, programmes, therapist pathways and the Doxa companion — safeguarding-aware and age-conscious.

Digital infrastructure for revival, formation and mission. The Life Hub sits within Reawakened, connecting onboarding, groups, care and long-term engagement.

Structured wellbeing beyond the youth journey — an adult and organisational pathway extending design-as-care into workplace and EAP contexts.
Product strategy, discovery, architecture, MVP design, progressive disclosure and AI workflows where intelligence is part of the substrate, not a decorative feature.
UX, safeguarding-aware journeys, mood-reactive experiences and digital tools for vulnerable or high-friction user contexts.
Digital products and operating infrastructure for ministry, discipleship, follow-up, events, communities and values-aligned organisations.
Finance and digital transformation, SAP and D365, CRM and finance integration, payments, process redesign, operating models, governance, risk and data.
Capability building for analysts, product professionals, consultants and boutique operators through practical frameworks, operating systems, writing and structured learning.
That range is not a collection of unrelated interests. It is one thesis applied across different environments: systems work better when the human layer is designed deliberately. More than 20 years across business analysis, product, finance transformation, SAP, Dynamics 365, payments, governance, risk and operating-model change give the portfolio a level of delivery rigour that independent practices often lack.
I did not set out to build my own practice. I began inside complex organisations, learning what makes transformation succeed — and what quietly causes it to fail.
Again and again the hardest problems were not purely technical. They appeared between teams, inside workflows, and at the point where people were expected to adopt change. I call that point of failure the human layer. Innovating Chaos became the platform for turning that insight into products — not commentary about change, but systems people can use.
